Christopher D. Smith received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University (Cambridge, MA) and his juris doctorate from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.). A long time resident of Florida, Mr. Smith also graduated from Pine View School in Sarasota. He is licensed to practice in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Mr. Smith joined the Florida Bar in 2002, and started his career with the international law firm of Dechert, LLP in Washington, D.C. He returned to Florida in 2005 to pursue a solo practice, and partnered with Ms. Dine in 2010. His practice areas include litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, and estate planning. Outside of work, Mr. Smith is a high school football official, an avid boater, and father of one.

Erika Dine obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002. Ms. Dine's practice areas include elder law, guardianship, probate, and Medicaid planning.
